The lady that takes the order for delivery is a fucking total BITCH. She hanged up in me because I asked how long it would take to be delivered. The food is good , but the service of that BITCH, is unacceptable. She definitely needs a customer service class. Stuepess

I ordered take out looking on the online menu...I was charged 27.00...when I calculated it with the tax and delivery charge it was 23.84....why was I charges $4.00 extra...I ordered the rice without the vegetables...is that why...which would make no sense....

I liked food but couldn't take how nasty they are when taking orders. She kept yelling at me. Finally got my ordering and hour and a half later my food comes. The delivery guy banging on my door like a nut. Yellong at me what took so long to answer the door. They have lost a customer

Horrible delivery service..placing an order was a nightmare. Woman kept screaming at me telling me I could not get soup or an egg roll with my lunch orders since I was getting soda. Meanwhile I said many times I wanted that wanted it seperate. Lunch came there wasnt any egg roll. Called to let them know they messed up the order lady screamed at me again and hung up. Will not be ordering from them any longer.Stick to New Carnival
